VISIONARY FORUM, Sunday, June 22, 5pm-midnight

The electronic arts & music community fosters a culture, borne of its participants and creators. Besides its own idiosyncratic fashion, performance, music, dance, and other artforms, there is also a movement of social, political and spiritual ideals, exploring the nexus of arts and activism. The general thrust is recognizing that, as a global society, we are facing imminent ecological, social, political, economical and spiritual crises, and that immediate and direct action is needed, not only to mitigate its detrimental effects, but as a catalyzing force for the human race.

Presenters for the Visionary Forum.

mark deustchMark Deutsch, Master Musician… www.bazantar.com. Whilst studying sitar and North Indian classical music with the legendary Ustad Imrat Khan, Mark began delving deeper into the universal fundamentals of music and their underlying frequency structures. These studies culminated in 1999 with Mark being awarded the US patent for his ground breaking new instrument the Bazantar¬–a five-string acoustic bass fitted with an additional twenty-nine sympathetic strings and four drone strings. The result is a remarkable instrument that weaves a mesmerizing soundscape of resonance, and evokes all the power of Western classical music with the depth and nuance of Eastern traditions. He will be speaking about Sonic Mandala's–music in the future: connecting with vibration and sounds underlying archetypal patterns. Usually hidden from our awareness, these sonic structures have profound effects on the body's nervous system that allow for shifts in consciousness of a deep transcendental nature. He will also be performing the Bazantar live.

Her presentation is on the new solar cycle. The Mayans calculated that at this time we are beginning a new Solar cycle. We are moving from the 5th sun into the 6th sun. What this means is that we are crossing the Event Horizon of Hunab Ku, the Central Sun of our galaxy. We have entered the event Horizon of the Great Central Sun and will be in the midst of it in 2012.

The changes we are experiencing in both the earth and our consciousness are from the light frequency of the Great Central Sun, transmitting thru the portal of our Sun, the light or wisdom (photons are information) illuminating human consciousness. We will create a world of beauty, joy, and peace through this activation. Ancient wisdoms and many new possibilities are emerging. The focus is on New world we are birthing, describing some foundations of the new and ancient sciences, with a focus on the sun, solar cycles, sungazing and the teachings of Mayan on the physics of creation, sacred geometry and sacred architecture, sacred technology.
